Siyavale is an AI services studio. This page explains, in plain words, what information this website touches and how we handle it.
Very little, by design:
The site loads animation libraries (three.js, GSAP, Lenis) from public CDNs. Like any content delivery network, those services may see standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches the files.
We use your name, email address and what you write to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing. Ever.
Client work sometimes involves handling data on your behalf (for example, content or customer details you give us to build your site or system). We use it only for the work you asked for, keep access tight, and delete or return it when the engagement ends, unless you ask us to keep it.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 14 November 2025, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. They're coming in stages: the Data Protection Board (which handles complaints) is already active; consent-manager registration opens on 14 November 2026; and the main day-to-day duties — consent, breach notices, and data principal rights like access and deletion — become enforceable on 14 May 2027.
Ahead of that date, we already follow the core principles voluntarily: we collect the minimum we need, use it only for what you gave it to us for, don't sell it, and act on deletion requests on email (see "Your choices" below). We'll update this page and our practices as the remaining DPDP provisions commence and any rules under it are clarified.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough: hello@siyavale.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a concern, you can also raise it with India's Data Protection Board once its complaint process is operational.
If we change how the site works or what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top.
