These terms cover using siyavale.com and working with Siyavale generally. For an actual project, the written proposal or agreement we send you — scope, price, timeline — governs; these terms fill the gaps around it.
Siyavale is an AI services studio working with businesses worldwide. Contact: hello@siyavale.com.
You're welcome to browse the site and catalog freely. Please don't copy, resell, scrape, or otherwise misuse the site's content, the catalog PDF, or the enquiry form (including sending it spam or automated submissions).
We're AI-first: you send a brief, we build a first working concept, and you see it before paying anything. If you want it taken live, we agree scope and price in writing before any paid work begins. If you don't want to proceed, there's no charge, and we don't publish or reuse your specific concept elsewhere.
Until an engagement is paid in full, concepts and in-progress work remain Siyavale's. On full payment for an agreed engagement, ownership of the agreed deliverables (the specific site, system, or assets built for you) transfers to you. This doesn't include generic components, internal tools, or methods we built before or reuse across client projects, or third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock images, AI models) — those stay under their own licenses.
If you give us content, data, or images to use in your project, you're confirming you have the right to give them to us.
Pricing and payment terms are set out per engagement, in writing, before paid work starts. Cancelling before paid work begins costs nothing. Once a paid engagement is underway, cancellation and refund terms are whatever that engagement's written agreement says — they vary by project stage and scope, so we don't publish one blanket policy here.
We build the systems — agents, automation, dashboards, websites. What they do for your bookings, leads, or revenue depends on your market, your offer, and plenty of things outside our control. We don't promise specific business results. See our Disclaimer for more on this.
Our work and this site may use or integrate with third-party tools and services (hosting, email delivery, automation platforms, AI models, and others). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies.
To the extent the law allows, Siyavale isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our work, beyond what's agreed in a specific written client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
If we update these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
